X10 Chat provides a simple Q&A interface where agents can interact with X10 AI in real time. Instead of searching across multiple systems, they can quickly get accurate, context-aware answers - saving time and ensuring consistency across every guest interaction.

X10 Reply: Faster Responses in the Inbox

With X10 Reply, agents can generate guest-ready responses without leaving the conversation view. By pulling in reservation details, property data, and company policies automatically, X10 Reply not only speeds up replies but also ensures they’re precise, consistent, and personalized.
